Mysterious Woman

Women watch like hawks

While their men sit and gawk

My stride, long and strong

For I only walk with my head held high

It’s not pride or even confidence

But something much deeper

I’m a mysteries woman.

They try to figure me out

Throw stones and tell lies till I shout

Yet, I still walk and shine the light

Taken what God has given me to fight.

I’m no project, but a reward

As I’m no longer shunned

For my tests have been won.

Approach with caution and ease

And remember as you stand

A mysteries woman is who I am.
